Carol has overseen ERIS since 2005 and has lead the company to tripling its earnings in the past five years, winning her the Glacier Media President’s Award in 2011 and the Glacier Media Business Builder Award in 2012. Carol’s role is to lead and drive sales, oversee system improvements, develop new products, and marketing in the US and Canada. Prior to joining ERIS, Carol worked as Executive Vice President with a global events business, dmg world media and as National Manager of the National Marine Manufacturers Association serving North American markets in both her previous positions.
