Price change to Fire Insurance Maps and Inspection Reports

Effective Monday, June 5, 2023, there will be a change to the pricing of Fire Insurance Maps (Ontario addresses only) and Inspection Reports (nationally).
This price increase, through our supply partner Opta, is their first price increase for these products in 10 years.
- Fire Insurance Maps – the cost per volume year of fire insurance maps for each address in Ontario will increase from $100 to $110.
- Inspection Reports – the cost per inspection report will increase from $55 to $60.
All orders made before midnight on June 5 will be invoiced with the current price.
