This is an intensive 3-day session that is offered in a productive workshop atmosphere, providing attendees with the training required to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in Canada. The course is suitable for both experienced practitioners and those wishing to enter the site assessment field and/or wish to be recognized as a Canadian site assessment professional.
This course is offered for both in-person and virtual attendance.
Each step of the Phase One Environmental Site Assessment process is taught in accordance with the CSA-Z768 guidelines. Attendees who successfully complete this course and final exam are eligible to apply for the C.E.S.A. designation. *further certification steps are required, visit www.aesac.ca for more info*
All course attendees receive a free one-year membership with AESAC.
This course includes an actual site visit of a real subject property, expert guest speakers, group and individual assignments, course and reference materials, and much more.
The Alberta Course is expanded to included provincial guidelines and regulations for BC, AB, SK, and MB. These additions contain valuable information and resources for practitioners operating in Western Canada.

Sam, located in Lethbridge, Alberta, brings over 10 years of focused experience in environmental consulting. His expertise lies in conducting Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments for commercial and industrial properties.
