Update for our valued customers (COVID-19) – March 25

Update for our valued customers as of March 25:

Following up on our message of Friday, March 13th, I want to report that ERIS is completely open for business and our employees are all now safely working from their home offices.  Despite, library and many government repository offices being closed, ERIS is pleased to offer the fulfillment without interruption of its one-stop services for database reports, physical setting reports (PSR), and a wide array of historical products, including fire insurance maps, topographic maps, and ‘best available’ aerial photographs from our comprehensive in-house collection.

Regarding City Directories… ERIS maintains some capacity to complete City Directories and we can work with you to confirm availability order by order, depending on the city or town. Contact your Regional Account Manager or [email protected] to confirm whether CD coverage is possible for your project site.

ERIS will deliver its reports and many of its historical products through ERIS Xplorer or to the ‘My Orders page’. Our ERIS Xplorer platform flawlessly enables the safe and immediate, yet remote access, to our risk assessment resources. Again, there will be absolutely no interruption in the provision of ERIS’ services, with the possible exception of CDs.

We commend our customers, partners and suppliers in doing their part during these unprecedented times to continue operations while safely working to “flatten the curve”. We pledge to deliver the highest quality services you have come to expect from ERIS. At the same time we remain steadfastly committed to the health and safety of our customers, suppliers and our dedicated ERIS employees, while we preserve the integrity of Canada’s risk assessment policies and standards.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to myself, Mark Mattei, SVP Business Development, Brayden Ford, Director of Sales for Canada, or your Regional Account Manager if you have any special needs, comments or questions. Be safe, and be well.

Sincerely,

Carol Le Noury
President
