Alberta Long Term Management Case Data

April 2, 2026

ERIS is excited to announce Long Term Management (LTM) case records from Alberta’s Ministry of Environment and Protected Areas (AEP) are now available in our database reports.

The dataset comes directly from Alberta’s Environmental Records Viewer (ERV) and provides valuable insight for environmental due diligence, risk screening, and property assessments and includes both open and closed cases related to potential site contamination.

  • Open LTM cases: Sites where contamination may still exceed Alberta guidelines. These locations remain under assessment, monitoring, exposure control, or remediation and have not yet received a remediation certificate.
  • Closed LTM cases: Sites that either meet Alberta Soil and Groundwater Remediation Guidelines or have been issued a remediation certificate.

This information can support your Phase I and Phase II ESA processes by helping identify historical or ongoing environmental concerns associated with a property.

The data is available on ERIS Xplorer and ERIS Direct platforms. All information is provided directly from the source on an “as is” basis.
