Noel is a highly experienced professional in the fields of environmental due diligence consulting and environmental data management. With over a decade-long career, Noel has excelled in various roles such as project management, sales, business development, and customer care, all within the environmental data sector. Noel’s top priority is understanding the unique needs of his clients and delivering unparalleled support through ERIS.
Noel has been an integral part of the ERIS team for three years, and is currently a Project Manager. In this role, he onboards clients to ERIS’ innovative report-authoring platform, Scriva, which helps organizations streamline their internal processes. Noel thrives on helping clients optimize their operations and appreciates the opportunity to be at the forefront of technological advancements in the industry.
Noel was born in Connecticut. His early years in Puerto Rico and eventual return to Connecticut have given him a diverse set of experiences and perspectives that enrich his career.
In addition to his professional life, Noel is deeply involved in his community. He spends his spare time coaching high school and Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) youth basketball, passing on his passion for the sport to the next generation. He also volunteers at a horse and farm animal rescue and sanctuary, demonstrating his compassion for animals and his dedication to making a positive impact.

FIRST JOB POST-COLLEGE:
Before entering the environmental industry, Noel’s first job post-college involved selling cookies and crackers (Oreos, Chips Ahoy, Ritz) in supermarkets for Nabisco. This experience undoubtedly honed his valuable sales and customer relations skills.
FAVORITE FOOD:
When it comes to his favorite food, Noel keeps it simple and classic with a love for cheese pizza.
FAVORITE WAY TO UNWIND:
In his downtime, he finds relaxation in cycling, using the open road to unwind and clear his mind.
