Vanitha joined the Technology team at ERIS in 2014, when the company was preparing to launch its new products and services into the US market. As a key member on the development team, Vanitha contributed to upgrading ERIS Database reports, managed, and closely worked with the team to develop the user-friendly ERIS web order portal, Xplorer, Figure Creator, Scriva and many other cutting-edge products, reports and services focused on internal and external clients. Now, as Director of Product Management & Development, Vanitha oversees system, application, and product development for both flagship products/applications as well as new initiatives. She manages the development, tech support, QA, and project manager teams to deliver high-quality products and applications. Vanitha thrives in cross-functional leadership and building teams to deliver customer-focused enterprise applications.
