Significant Progress Made in the Integration Process!
It’s hard to believe that 3 months have passed since ERIS and GeoSearch announced the merger of our businesses. But now that we’re here, we’d like to provide you with an update on how the integration is progressing. The short answer is: Very well!
Merging of Assets
The merging of assets and collections is a significant project that will continue for the next several months using a staged approach. The first of three ‘lots’ of proprietary data is now integrated into the ERIS database, and as more is locked and loaded, we will continue to advise.
GeoSearch Products
Additionally, the ERIS development team is building out several GeoSearch products from the ERIS platform, and they will be available by the end Q2 or early Q3. We will continue to support GeoSearch products until the data is migrated, and all products are fully available on the ERIS platform.
Customer Transition
To date, approximately one-third of GeoSearch clients have transitioned to ERIS products. These products and packages are very similar to those offered by GeoSearch, and while the names may be different, the data and information that GeoSearch clients have trusted and relied upon for years will remain intact.
