Access to select TCEQ agency documents for Texas
May 23, 2024 – NOW AVAILABLE FOR TEXAS – ERIS database reports now include value-added access to select TCEQ agency documents.
Get a jump start on your file review…with access to historical document collections for common data sources.
The documents, collected by ERIS prior to 2020 from the TCEQ, may include: closure letters, monitoring reports, site maps showing contamination plumes or monitoring wells, tank information, spill reports, and more. These may hold the information you need to better understand the environmental conditions of a property – and now they are just a click away.
Data sources where some records now provide access to historical documents, include:
BROWNFIELDS / IHW CORR ACTION / IHW GEN, REC, TRANS / IOP / LPST / MSD / PRIORITY CLEAN / UST, AST, PST / SHWS / SWF-LF / VCP
Note: The select document collections accessible through ERIS database reports were gathered prior to 2020 and are not intended to replace the comprehensive repository of files and records at the TCEQ Central File Room.
Our aim is to provide easy, additional insight about your subject property that will save you time and money.
