#BalanceforBetter is the theme for this year’s International Women’s Day, celebrated each year on March 8. The 2019 theme acknowledges existing gender equality, promotes a greater awareness of discrimination and celebrates women’s achievements, that according to the International Women’s Day website. The day reminds us to stand together to promote equality – in activist movements, on the street, in our homes, boardrooms, offices and beyond. ERIS employees stand together in balance to recognize this important day.
