CHANGES TO YOUR CUSTOMER SALES & SUPPORT TEAMS AT ERIS!

We have a full INSIDE SALES team to support our clients and work with our Regional Account Managers. We are committed to providing responsive, personalized service and to that end, we welcome Heather Kekac, Inside Sales Account Manager, to work alongside Pat Merolla, Senior Manager, Inside Sales. This new team has extensive customer service experience in the fast-paced world of information services. Pat and Heather can help set up new accounts, answer questions regarding our products, placing an order or any general support issues.

Ashley Miller is our newest Regional Account Manager for the District of Columbia, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia territory. (Ashley replaces Brayden Ford who was asked to take on a larger role in the Canadian market). Ashley has been in the environmental due diligence industry for the past 12 years with an active consulting firm — we are proud that she has chosen to be part of the ERIS family.

PRODUCT UPDATES

ERIS Data Addressing PFAS
ERIS is closely following developments with regard to PFAS and is addressing data coverage for this emerging contaminant. ERIS now reports on Perfluorinated Alkyl Substances (PFAS) Releases, reported in ERIS data as ‘PFAS TRI’: a subset of the ‘List of Toxics Release Inventory’ (TRI) facilities at which the reported chemical is a per- or polyfluorinated alkyl substance. PFAS TRI is searched out to a radius of 0.5 miles, whereas TRI is searched on the property only. In addition to Federal PFAS data sources (PFAS TRI, PFAS NPL), and state-level PFAS data in many states, ERIS continues to research and obtain PFAS databases where they are available. In cases where records in existing databases can reliably be identified as PFAS, we will make new data sources to facilitate searching these records out to a larger radius. On the Order Form, click the ‘Search Plus’ icon and then fill in the ‘Tax Parcel ID’:
