Important Message from ERIS (COVID-19) – March 16

Update for our valued customers as of March 16:

The growing global health concern of COVID-19, the coronavirus, is impacting the way each of us goes about our day-to-day work and home life, and how we conduct our business operations. I thought it was important to provide you with an update about ERIS’ operations, and how we can support you during this difficult time.

Many companies are reporting that they are instituting travel bans and implementing restrictions on attending public gatherings and business meetings. As a community, we are adopting measures to do our part in fighting the spread of this virus and “flatten the curve”.

ERIS’ first priority, as I’m sure it is for your company, is the health and safety of its employees, customers and vendors — and to this end, ERIS will enact and adhere to our business continuity guidelines. ERIS will operate following the guidance from the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and Canada’s Public Health Agency. We have taken measures to keep our work environments and employees safe — and at the same time, we will strive to deliver the same level of quality and service you’ve come to expect from us.

ERIS has asked the majority of staff to work remotely and to refrain from all but essential travel, and many of our customers have implemented the same guidelines and protocols. We will work to provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions through the use of conference call capabilities, screen share features, and all of the technology available to us. We will remain as accessible, proactive and responsive as ever — and we will be vigilant about changes in the situation to adjust our practices as required. Our products and services will be delivered.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to myselfJeff Doerner, VP US Sales, Brayden Ford, Director of Sales for Canada, or Mark Mattei, SVP Business Development, should there be anything that you require from us to help serve your clients during this “new” environment. As a community, we will work through these challenging and disruptive times. Be safe, and be well.

Sincerely,

Carol Le Noury
