John Rybak

He is Senior Vice President and Environmental Risk Manager for Truist Financial. He has over 30 years of environmental due diligence experience with four different regional banks. John has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Buffalo, and an MBA from Canisius College. His focus is on risk management and risk awareness for the bank. John is heavily involved in talent selection and coaching, including vendors and review staff, and the implementation of a quality assurance quality control program based on education, clear definitions of quality, measurements and feedback loops to vendors/staff. John has served on the Environmental Bankers Association board dating back to 1997 and is currently serving in the office of Vice President.
