Congratulations to ERIS – Glacier President’s Club 2022 Winners

Each year ERIS’ parent company, Glacier Media Group, celebrates individuals that rise above and perform beyond expectation – these are the people inducted into the “President’s Club.”

At this year’s recognition ceremony in Mexico the following ERIS team members were celebrated:

Amanda Sugg Regional Account Manager, Texas	Amanda is the most recent addition to the ERIS Sales team, as of February 2023. Amanda began her association with the environmental industry in 2017, in customer service at GeoSearch. In 2020, Amanda joined ERIS with the merger as Client Services Manager. She excelled in serving a diverse client base and gained a deep knowledge of ERIS’ products, services, and digital solutions. Amanda is driven by her passion for providing exceptional customer service and is always eager to expand her knowledge base. Her commitment to client satisfaction is evident in her approach to customers, which she considers an integral part of her role. This resulted in Amanda’s induction into the 2022 President’s Club, recognized by her colleagues for providing outstanding service, her exceptional people skills, and always going above and beyond. Not only did Amanda win the hearts of customers, but she developed rich relationships with her teammates and colleagues. A kind word is almost synonymous with her name, whenever someone describes her work, her personality, or her dedication to her role. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas. Amanda lives in Austin with her husband Tyler, daughter Stella, along with her two small (but big personality) pups, Chuck Norris, and Madeline. When not working, she indulges her passion for local breweries, UT football games in the fall (cheering for the Longhorns) and spends quality time with family and friends.
Lynn Gatto Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the President	Lynn has been with ERIS for 8 years. She is ERIS’ Toronto Office Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator, and the Executive Assistant to Carol Le Noury and Diana Saccone. Lynn is the “glue” that holds the ERIS office together. She is the first-person people meet, she onboards new team members, manages our IT inventory, she is the office safety lead, and she assists Carol and Diana with expenses and presentations. She is usually the first one in the office in the mornings and the last to leave in the evenings. Her greatest strength is her attention to detail, and secondly, her dedication to getting things done. Her philosophy is “no stone unturned”. She makes the extra effort to nurture people, manage vendors, organize the office, celebrate holidays and employees’ personal milestones as well as managing a great deal of paperwork for HR. When Lynn is not working, she spends time with her husband, Peter, and three lovely daughters and their plus ones. And, she continues her passion of teaching acrobatic dance weekly. There is no question that Lynn is deserving of the Glacier Media President’s Club award. Congratulations Lynn and thank you for your service!
Mike Seifert Regional Account Manager, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba	Mike has made a significant contribution to ERIS’ growth in the little over 3 years at the company. His assertive personality has helped him meet and connect with people and resulted in his overachievement in 2022. This success has led to the expansion of his territory, adding the province of Manitoba. Mike now truly covers ‘the Prairies’. Mike is a proud Albertan who comes from an extensive career with over 20 years’ experience within the North American oil and gas industry. Cycling and spending time with friends and family are a few of his main interests. In June 2022, he spent over two weeks cycling the Netherlands and France to raise money for the Wounded Warriors charity. Congratulations Mike – we wish you continued success.
Nick Freeman Regional Account Manager, NY & Midwest	Nick has proven to be an asset to ERIS since he started as a Regional Account Manager for the Upstate and Midwest territory back in 2017. He overachieved his goal in his first year. Since then, Nick has grown his territory sixfold. Nick has mastered the sales fundamentals of being organized, goal oriented, focused and politely persistent. He puts his clients’ needs first and provides world-class service. Nick creates an environment of trust among both clients and prospects which enables him to grow his business as a consultative sales professional. Clients can count on him to solve their problems and deliver on their needs, keeping them engaged as a client for the long haul. His product knowledge and likeability have allowed him to increase revenue for ERIS exponentially. Nick resides in Wellsville, NY with his wife Megan, daughters Maddie and Hazel, and his three dogs, Rocco, Felix, and Lenny. When not selling ERIS products and crushing his goal, Nick enjoys a big plate of chicken wings and a tasty IPA. He also appreciates very loud heavy metal music. Tom Hamill National Account Manager	Tom joined ERIS in 2018 and made an immediate impact on ERIS growth in the Southeastern Region of the US. Tom has consistently over-performed, meeting his goal each year, and now manages the day-to-day relationships with many of ERIS’ National Accounts. Tom is a seasoned veteran in the industry and his consistent work ethic and attention to detail are two traits that have helped him excel in his role as National Account Manager. Our top clients appreciate his responsiveness and the care he puts into his craft. He is an integral resource internally, with valuable input on product development. Tom has a great understanding of ERIS customers’ needs and perfectly articulates the value ERIS brings to the industry. Tom resides in Bluffton, South Carolina with his fiancée, Teri. He is also working towards his MBA at Auburn University and is an avid Golfer. Congratulations Tom!
